  1. She Bop.

Name an ‘80s song, the chorus of which consists of repeating seven words four times.

  2. “Walk this Way”, Run DMC/Aerosmith?

  3. How does that chorus go? Is it seven words?

Not what I was thinking of, at least. My Q is probably too hard/lame.

Of course I’ve ruined Bry’s joke by turning it into a trivia challenge.

  4. (“Walk this way, walk this way” is six words (x 4).)

  5. It’s “I’ve Got My Mind Set On You”. Hence Weird Al’s “This Song Is Just Six Words Long” (which is, of course, seven words).

  7. The chorus of “Walk this Way” goes:

    “Walk this way/

    and talk this way”

Seven words, if you discount the connecting “She told me to”s that RunDMC added.

  8. I think BrainDan meant one word, seven times.

  9. That’s not what he said. He said seven words four times. The chorus of “I’ve Got My Mind Set On You” goes:

I’ve got my mind set on you (7)

I’ve got my mind set on you (7)

I’ve got my mind set on you (7)

I’ve got my mind set on you (7)

Seven words. Repeated four times. That fits his criteria exactly.

  10. Phbt, I post my quiz question, then go and have a baby and forget to come back until several days later.

Darren wins, that’s what I was thinking of. Though it sounds like M-D may have a point.
