What's up, Quechup?
If you got an invite to join Quechup, a new social networking site, there’s a good chance that the invite was automatically sent through a user’s address book, kind of like an e-mail worm.
I got one of those, and signed up, ‘cause hey, why not. And then it asked me if I wanted to look for other members by hooking into my Gmail account, so I did. It didn’t find anyone. And then, while I had my back turned, it apparently sent invites to everybody in my address book.
I didn’t actually invite you. Not that I wouldn’t invite you, if they had something cool going on there. But they clearly don’t.
