the hand that feeds the orchestra
In honor of Tuesday’s release of the first new nine inch nails album in six (6!) years, I have sort of remixed the first single, “the hand that feeds”.
This was actually made possible by Trent himself, who decided it would be fun to allow people to download the various tracks that make up the song in Apple’s GarageBand format. The multitide of fan mixes is so far being collected here.
My idea is not so much a remix as it is a reinterpretation, since I didn’t change the tempo or the linear progression of the song. I removed the rock & roll instruments, but not the rock & roll.
