Somebody remind me, when I have any money, to pay off the rest of my totaled Neon before 2006, when my next payment is due.
They were selling them off the lot for around $9,000 that day. 14 months later, I crashed it. Progressive paid $8,924 for it, God bless them. The Gap Insurance (screwing back the dealer, aw yeah) paid $4,524.67. And there’s still a balance of nearly $700 still accruing interest.
If I ever buy a car again, I’m paying cash.
