No doubt. During the acquisition we had to use Documentum and this happened to me at least a dozen times. It’s like they put the OK button in a place that somehow my (tiny?) brain would NEVER learn.

I think it is because it doesn’t follow the normal linear progression we as human beings are used to. Fill out information then submit, not the other way around. I hate that form as well…
