Even including that Umbridge woman
As much as I make fun of Jo Rowling for propagating a juvenile approach to magic, I will admit that I enjoy watching and reading her stories. They’re just fun, you know?
Anyway, so I read HP6 a little while ago, and on reflection, I was surprised to notice that nothing really scary happened throughout the book. There was plenty of dread, sure, but nothing seemed to want to startle or frighten me. Hopefully, the filmmakers will fill in that gap.
Then again, this is coming from the guy who so far has found animated chocolate frogs to be the scariest things that have ever happened to Harry Potter.
