Book of Shadows: Blair Witch 2
Okay, once again the actual movie part of the movie falls short of being an experience unto itself. It starts off oddly and it ends more oddly and you really have to see the Sci Fi Channel’s “Shadow of the Blair Witch” documentary and explore the web site if you really want to enjoy it.
The best thing I can say about the technical execution of the film (from the acting to the editing to the directing) is that the creators wanted it to look cheesy and lame. I say this because the people interviewed in “Shadow of the Blair Witch” seemed to think the sequel was cheesy and lame.
I don’t know. I’m torn between the idea that the whole thing has gotten cheesy and lame, and the idea that very few people actually get it.
