A Modest Response
There are multiple articles floating around based on the theme “10 Reasons Not To Buy an iPhone”. Here’s my response.
The Only Reason Not to Consider Buying an iPhone
- You’re perfectly happy with the phone you’ve got, and it does everything you want it to, with zero hassles
It’s a perfectly valid reason. Not everybody feels the need to have a phone with an accelerometer, and a proximity sensor. Personally, since I’ve been able to confirm that the keyboard actually works very well, I’m holding out for three things:
- Faster Internet access
- More storage space
- Video recording

You sir are a communist. Any time a corporation creates something new or repackages an old item you must buy it. Anything else is unpatriotic.

What about MMS (a/k/a ‘picture messaging’)? Or are we assuming it will be provided in a firmware update?

M-D: That is a fair assumption, but honestly, I could do without it, as long as e-mailing a photo is still easy.
